Processing time
Made to order items take 2-3 days production time before they are shipped. Items that are ready made will ship within 1-2 business days.
Orders that are $100 or more receive free shipping in the United States.
Because of changes in international shipping and rising costs, we have suspended using USPS for International packages because of lost or stolen packages. For international shipping we solely use DHL or UPS since they are the most reliable. DHL will arrive within 3-5 business days and provides some insurance.
EU Customers
I am no longer able to ship to EU countries via my website. If you reside in an EU country, email me at vidajewelrydesigns@gmail.com and I can arrange your order to ship through Etsy Marketplace.
Customs and import taxes
With every changing tariffs, please be up to date with your country's duties. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply upon receipt of their package.
Vida Jewelry Designs is not responsible for delays due to customs, or lost packages if you do not ask for insurance coverage.
