Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We ship to multiple countries including the UK & EU.  Please note for international shipping we now exclusively use DHL since they are the most reliable to ensure you get your package. DHL will arrive within 3-5 business days and provides insurance. 

As a courtesy to our international customers, if you spend $275 or more on an order we will issue you a $20 shipping credit to offset shipping costs. You can email us before purchase for a code. 

If you are part of an EU country, all duties and VAT are included in the price. You do not need to pay anything in addition to this when you receive your order. 

Can I shower and workout with my jewelry?

Can the size of your pieces be adjusted?

There is no one answer to this question. Each individual piece is different and some can be adjusted and others cannot. Each individual product listing has details about the length or size of a piece. If it specifically states that a piece can be adjusted then it can. To add length to a necklace that says it can be adjusted, choose the "Extra Length" option under Necklaces in addition to your order.

My jewelry broke, can it be fixed?

If one of your Vida Jewelry pieces breaks, please send us an email with a photo of the piece. We can then let you know if it can be fixed and the approximate cost of the repair. If you agree on the cost, then you can ship the piece back to us and we will repair it for you and ship it back. 

Do you take custom orders?

I love creating unique designs and bringing a customer's vision to life; however, there are many variables I have to consider.  I have scaled back on custom orders since I focus on collection, but you can email me and if I have the capacity and availability to do so, I will arrange it. 

Do you have a brick and mortar store?

I do not have a brick and mortar, just solely e-commerce. I work out of my home office studio, and I plan to keep it that way since I love visiting my husband in his home office as well. 

Do you do pop-ups?

I have done several pop-up shows in the past at various West Elm and JCrew locations. There are none scheduled for the near future, however if you are a store owner, you can contact me via email if you'd like to discuss a future pop up show.
